"Then I am happy to give you your warrior names, Cherrycloud, Mousetail, Echoflower, Moonwhisker, and Cresentpelt!" He meowed at last and the clan cheered. When the cheering died down Jaystar started again. "Also last night at Moonpool Greypaw earned her medicine cat name Greymist! But right know three kits have just reached there six moon it is time for them to become apprentices. Brightkit,Ivorykit, and Ashkit please come up." Rosenight stopped licking her kits heads and watched them go up to Jaystar. "Brightkit, Ivorykit, and Ashkit from this momment on until you receive your warrior names you will be known as Brightpaw, Ivorypaw, and Ashpaw! Brightpaw your mentor will be Minnowsong, Ivorypaw your mentor will be Cloudtooth, and Ashpaw your mentor will be Whirlstorm." He meowed then sent the apprentice to touch their mentors noses. "I have great news, Gingerfrost has been found! But she has not come alone she was held prisoner for seven moon by a rouge then he made her have kits. She will know be a queen. And her kits will be known as Hollykit, Blazekit, Swiftkit, and Vinekit." Sparrowfur opened his mouth to yell something but Clovermoon put her tail in front of his mouth.

Clovermoon woke in pain the screamed when a whip of pain hit her. Sparrowfur rushed into the nursery.
"Clovermoon!"He meowed.
"Th-the kits are coming!"She whispered tough the pain. Sparrowfur dashed out and came back with Greymist.

Brookfrost woke up to Clovermoon's scream."Clovermoon!"She meowed and ran to the nursery only to find that everything was under control.
ReplyDeleteSparrowfur paced back and forth outside the nursery. Calling, "Is she okay?'Every couple of moments.
Cloudtooth looked over at the nursery with Whirlstorm."One day that will be us. "He meowed.
Rosenight looked over at the nursery and padded over. She had kits before so she tried to calm Clovermoon with some soothing words.
Sapphirewillow was out hunting with Mousetail. She leap and caught a thrush.
Brightpaw raced away from the nursery where she was playing with Swiftkit and Blazekit and brought them over to the freashkill pile."Eat something you two. "She meowed and nudged a sparrow to them.
"But we want to watch!"Swiftkit complained.
(Swiftkit and Blazekit just opened their eyes. Vinekit and Hollykit haven't yet.)
Vinekit mewed sadly while trying to sleep.
Gingerfrost picked up Vinekit and hollykit and brought them to their brothers.
Freckle sat on one of the twolegs lap purring happy.
Whirlstorm looked at cloud tooth and told him "Im going to have your kits..." She smiled.
ReplyDeleteMousetail nodded and smiled to the daylight warrior as he crept up on a mouse that was nibbling on a tree root. He lashed out with his claws and with a quick bit to the neck, it was an easy kill.
ReplyDeleteClovermoon wailed in pain as her first kit slid onto the moss. It was a white she-cat. She smiled at Rosenight in gratitude.
ReplyDeleteCherrycloud walked along beside Mousetail and Sapphirewillow. She smiled. "Nice catch!"
Ivorypaw padded up to the kits. "Yeah, eat!"
Blazekit stared back into the den. "But I wanna WATCH!"
Hollykit wrenched her eyes open. She looked out onto the world. She stood on wobbly legs, and turned to her brothers. "Hi!" She excllaimed.
Blossompaw watched Whirlstorm angrily.
Whirlstorm wondered why Blossompaw was alway angry, or at least always angry towards her.

Cherrycloud's eyes gleamed. She heard a vole. She snuck up on it, pounced, and brought up a dead vole. She smiled, tossing it over to Sapphirewillow and Mousetail.
ReplyDeleteMousetail looked at her smiling broadly and congratulated her on her catch, "Great, we have lots of fresh kill to bring back to the clan now!"
ReplyDelete"Yeah..." Cherrycloud mewed. She dug a hole for her vole, put it in, covered up the hole, and kept walking.

Vinekit opened her eyes slowly the got up."Hello?"she meowed
Mousetail padded up to Cherrycloud.

ReplyDeleteClovermoon wailed as a second kit was born. She barely was able to look at it before another spasm hit her.
Cherrycloud reached camp. She sensed something important, then heard a yowl from the nursery. She ran up to Sparrowfur. "What's going on?"
Sparrowfur stoped pacing."Clovermoons having her kits."He meowed

Brightkit rolled her eye."Okay sorry."she meowed to her sister.
Rosenight looked at clovermoon."this sould be the last one."she meowed"Push!"She meowed
"Oh, ok." Cherrycloud ran back and told Sappirewillow and Mousetail.

Clovermoon pushed one more time, and a small tom slid out. She panted, relieved that it was over.
Whirlstorm Curled up next to her mate and smiled up at him. "i love you."

Spparowfur ran into the nursery."What?What happened?"He asked and stared into clovermoons eyes.

Brackenkit leap to Icekit.He tried to stand on his back legs again but fell.

Graymist flattened her ears. "What do you feel?" she murmured to Brackenkit, her eyes wide. One of Clovermist's kits died at birth... The quiet medicine cat's heart ached for the queen, and her eyes involuntarily filled with tears.
